Black caviar

Caviar is known worldwide as one of the world's three great delicacies alongside truffles and foie gras. Caviar is a sturgeon fish egg, which is commercially produced in the Caspian Sea, the Azov Sea, or the Danube River area.

The most popular caviar type is produced by three types of fish:

· Beluga: the largest and most expensive surgeon caviar, it is considered to be the best in terms of flavor. Coloration may vary but gray and lighter colors are preferred. It tastes somewhat like walnut.

· Ossetra: is smaller compared to Beluga egg and tastes like seaweed. It comes in a wide range of colors, from brownish gray to gold.

· Sevruga: is the smallest of the three. Dark gray, it has a delicate and distinctive flavor.

According to experts, regular consumption of caviar will strengthen the immune system, lower blood cholesterol and will have a positive effect on the work of the heart and blood vessels, preventing strokes, heart attacks and normalize blood pressure. It also contains Vitamin D required for bone and muscle formation, and iron necessary to prevent anemia.

Russian Caviar House Group is the oldest and largest manufacturer of caviar in Russia. The group owns several factories and trading companies. DIANA Fish Company LLC is one of them.

DIANA was founded in 1978 and currently cultivates about 250,000 sturgeons. The annual production of caviar is 24 tons, accounting for 73% of the Russian caviar market.

Since we control full production cycle, we use only our own raw materials, growing sturgeons from fertilized eggs and producing canned caviar.
