Product description:

Dry wheat gluten is a water-insoluble protein of vegetable origin that swells and forms fibers during the hydration process.

Packaging: paper bags with a polypropylene liner, net weight 25 kg. Russian National Standard (GOST) №31934-2012

Storage conditions:

Shelf life: 24 months from the date of production.

Store in dry, ventilated warehouses free of foreign odors and pests, at a temperature of no more than 25°C and relative air humidity of no more than 70%.

Organoleptic parameters:

Color: from cream to yellow or light brown

Appearance: powder

Moisture content: no more than 10%

Dry matter protein content: no less than 2%

Agglomeration: no more than 40 seconds

Nutritional value per 100 g of product: proteins – 70 g, carbohydrates – 15 g.
