Shelf fungus (Chaga)’s extract
Shelf fungus (Chaga)’s extract

Chaga mushroom (Inonotus obliquus) is a fungus that settles on a birch tree in places where the bark is damaged and grows at the expense of the tree's juices.

The healing properties of chaga were discovered in ancient times. We first head of it 4600 years ago. The Chinese legend says that Shennong (the founder of traditional Chinese medicine) was the first to realize chaga's healing potential.

Befungin was the first birch mushroom extract, a thick cobalt-added liquid. It is still used to treat cancer to this day.
